DAY 1

DAY 2

9:00am - Noon Grocery and Beverage Distribution Topics (3-1/2 hrs)
* Food Distribution Warehouses
* Beverage Distribution Centers
1:00pm - 4:00pm Case Studies
Participants work on study problems as a group.  The intent is to give practical experience on the job analysis process.
4:00pm - 5:00pm Evaluation Assignment and individual Study (1 hr+)
Each attendee will be given an example problem to prepare for presentation to an AEI evaluator.  The presentation will be on the morning of the third day.

DAY 3

8:00am - 3:00pm Breakout Sessions
Participants break into three groups which rotate between six breakout sessions:

Group 1:

Session A:  Job Analysis Test - each participant presents their approach to analysis of a content validation study in terms of questions to ask and measurements to take.

Session B:  Service Delivery Presentation - each participant will present the service delivery topics to an AEI evaluator in a mock client meeting context.

Group 2:

Session C:  Test Administrator Training - training on how to give isometric and dynamic strength testing protocols and the step test.

Group 3:

Session D:  Training on how to certify additional test administrators at the clinic.   1 hr

Session E:  Heart Rate Monitor Downloading Instruction - training on how to use the downloading device to offload heart rate data from the monitor and place it on a disk for mailing to AEI (1/2 hr).

Session F:  Service Agreement Review - review of the service agreement components (1/2hr).

(There will be a one-hour lunch break and opportunities for breaks between sessions)
