Charles K. Anderson, Ph.D., CPE
President

|
Dr. Anderson is deeply involved with numerous large
national companies in the development of physical ability
testing batteries that meet the requirements of the
Americans With Disabilities Act. Among the industries
included are grocery distribution, soft-drink distribution,
retail distribution and shipbuilding. As part of these
activities, he has performed three of the largest research
studies on the impact of physical ability testing on
worker compensation injury experience.
Dr. Anderson has also
been invited to lecture on ergonomics and physical ability
testing in England, Canada and across the United States.
His other experiences include writing the Voluntary
Ergonomic Program Management Guidelines For Food Distribution
Centers, training loss control specialists with major
insurance companies and serving as a management consultant
on several cases regarding OSHA citations for ergonomic
hazards.

Kevin P. Holliman,
M.S.
Executive Vice President & General Manager
|
|
Mr. Holliman received his Masters of Science Degree in
Exercise Science and Health promotion from the University
of Memphis. Prior to joining Advanced Ergonomics, Mr.
Holliman held various positions within HEALTHSOUTH Corporation,
including Administrator and Regional Director of Occupational
Health Services, where he was involved in marketing and
implementation of rehabilitation and prevention services,
including ergonomics and physical abilities testing programs.
During this time he was instrumental in implementing the
Advanced Ergonomics Physical Abilities Testing Program
in such companies as SYSCO Food Service, Delta Beverage
Group, Time Warner Cable and Kroger.
Since
joining Advanced Ergonomics in 1997, his responsibilities
have included marketing employment testing and ergonomics
programs to employers, marketing and administering the
Ergonomics Testing Specialist program, and coordinating
the Advanced Ergonomics Training classes. He currently
manages day to day operations and business development.

Joseph L.
Selan, Ph.D., CPE
Senior Vice President

Dr.
Selan received his Ph.D. in Human Factors Psychology at
Texas Tech University in 1986. During his graduate career,
Dr. Selan worked as an Industrial Engineer Research Associate
conducting ergonomic research for the U.S. Bureau of Mines
and the U.S. Air Force. His areas of expertise include
job analysis, ergonomic job redesign, product evaluation
and ergonomic planning for new facilities. He is the editor
of The Advanced Ergonomics Manual.
He has developed control programs for cumulative trauma
disorders in the poultry, electronic and semiconductor
industries. He has developed and conducted ergonomic training
programs for companies such as Boeing, Exxon and Alcoa.
Other clients include Arco, Johnson & Johnson and
many others.
Dr.
Selan is the author of several articles on ergonomics
and a frequent lecturer for various industry groups throughout
the country. He contributes a monthly column on recent
ergonomic issues for Modern Materials Handling magazine.
Dr. Selan is also an accomplished, award-winning speaker
through his activities with Toastmasters.

Terry
L. Morris, Ph.D., CPE
Vice President
|
|
Dr.
Morris began his career in the U.S. Navy attached to the
Naval Training Command and on the staff of the Chief of
Naval Personnel at the Pentagon. After receiving his Ph.D.
in Industrial Engineering (Human Factors/Ergonomics) at
Texas A&M University in 1984, he served as an NRC
Research Fellow at the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace
Medicine. He has conducted research on workload and fatigue
and served as a consultant to Air Force Systems Command
on equipment development. Since joining Advanced Ergonomics
in 1990, he has developed and conducted ergonomic training
programs, implemented physical ability testing programs
and performed ergonomic assessments for numerous companies
including Alcoa, AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, Kroger
and many others.
Dr.
Morris is also an artist and photographer. His spare time
is spent "Surfing the Net."

Jim Briggs,
OTR/L
Vice President of Business Development
|
|
Mr. Briggs received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Occupational
Therapy from Tennessee State University in Nashville Tennessee,
and also holds a Bachelors of Liberal Arts Degree in Criminal
Justice and Business Law from the University of Tennessee
at Martin, Tennessee. He has worked in healthcare since
1978 in management and as a therapist in a wide variety
of settings, including industrial, outpatient orthopedics,
hospital inpatient, geriatrics and traumatic brain injury.
Prior to joining Advanced Ergonomics in 2001, Mr. Briggs
was the National Director of Employment Testing for the
largest provider of outpatient healthcare services in the
United States. He has performed hundreds Employment Testing
presentations and has certified nearly as many clinics to
perform testing services for AEI while participating in
numerous data collection projects. In addition, he has become
a sought after speaker on "The Legal Issues Surrounding
Physical Abilities Testing" at forums including Safety,
Risk and Loss Prevention Seminars, Case Managers Associations,
Society of Human Resource Managers and Self Insured Associations.
Mr. Briggs is currently responsible for developing business
relationships and contractual negotiations for prospective
AEI clients and service providers.

Beth Babcock, BS,
PTA
Director of Business Development
|
|
Ms.
Babcock obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise
Science from the University of Toledo in Ohio. She also
holds undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and
as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Prior to joining
Advanced Ergonomics in 2005, Ms. Babcock was Director of
Sales for the nation's leading provider of workers' compensation
cost containment and occupational healthcare services. Prior
to that, she was Director of National Employer Accounts
for the nation's largest provider of outpatient healthcare
services. Additionally, she has extensive experience in
outpatient treatment of occupational injuries, dating back
to 1987 and the delivery of wellness programs for individuals
and employers dating back to 1984.
Ms. Babcock's
primary responsibility at Advanced Ergonomics is to assist
business in analyzing the cost and benefit of implementing
physical ability testing and ergonomic controls in the work
place.

Alison Kerby
Physical Ability Testing Accounts Manager
|
|
Ms.
Kerby received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology
with a minor in Biology from Simon Fraser University in
British Columbia, Canada. Prior to joining Advanced Ergonomics,
Alison was involved in outpatient rehabilitation as an
exercise specialist working for small independent consultants
and large corporations both in Canada and the United States.
She also worked as an independent consultant conducting
therapeutic ball exercise classes, providing fitness testing
and personal training, as well as working with occupational
therapists as part of the physical rehabilitation team
for automobile insurance personal injury claims.
Since joining
Advanced Ergonomics Inc in 2000, Ms. Kerby's responsibilities
have included marketing and administration of the Ergonomic
Specialist Training Program, ongoing administration and
management of AEI client accounts and test sites, as well
as involvement in the data collection phase and test administrator
training for numerous projects and service providers.

interests include photography, art, equestrian activities,
travel and spending time with family and friends.

Dianna Villarreal
Physical Ability Testing Accounts Manager

Ms.
Villarreal received her Bachelor of Science degree in
Kinesiology and a minor in Spanish from the University
of North Texas. As a project coordinator, her responsibilities
include training clinics on physical ability testing procedures,
performing on-site data collection, customer service,
and data processing.
Prior to joining
Advanced Ergonomics, Inc., Dianna worked in outpatient
rehabilitation as an exercise physiologist, managing the
return to work program in local clinics in the DFW area.
She is currently certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer.
She also served in the United States Air Force for six
years. Dianna is a native of Texas and is fluent in Spanish.
In her spare
time, Dianna enjoys spending time outdoors with her family
and reading books about health and fitness.

Luke Lechler,
M.S.
Physical Ability Testing Project Manager
|
|
Mr.
Lechler received his Master of Science Degree in Ergonomics
from New York University. He also holds a Bachelor of
Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University.
Prior to joining Advanced Ergonomics, Mr. Lechler worked
in the running and footwear industry in health promotions
and sales. While studying in New York, Mr. Lechler worked
as a research intern in a human performance laboratory
at a major orthopedic hospital and as a personal trainer
for a health and fitness chain in the city.

AEI in 2006, Mr. Lechler is involved in on-site data collection
for new clients and those needing reanalysis. He is also
involved in training test administrators to conduct our
physical ability testing protocols

Brian Martin
Physical Ability Testing Project Manager
|
|
Mr. Martin received his Bachelor
of Science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Health
Related Fitness from The University of North Texas in
Denton, TX. As a project manager, his responsibilities
include training clinics on physical ability testing procedures,
performing on-site data collection, customer service,
and data processing.
Prior to joining
Advanced Ergonomics Inc., Brian worked as a Fitness Specialist
and Personal Trainer at Texas Instruments' onsite wellness
center. He is currently certified as a Personal Trainer
through The Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX. Brian has
over nine years experience in the Recreation and Fitness
fields. Brian is from Tyler, TX the Rose Capital of the
United States.
Outside of
work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, going
to movies, exercising and playing recreational sports.
Brian also enjoys outdoor activities like camping, rollerblading,
canoeing and horseback riding.

Tammie Martin
Data Entry Manager
|
|
|
Ms. Martin joined Advanced
Ergonomics in 1993. Her critical responsibility is to
facilitate the timely processing of test results for the
clients of Advanced Ergonomics. Ms. Martin's other areas
of involvement within the data entry department include
monitoring quality control of client testing programs,
processing annual client job requirement reviews, compiling
quarterly summaries of testing activity and maintaining
test site data bases.
Ms. Martin's outside interests
include reading, gardening and spending time with her
family.

Mary Selan
Business Manager
|
|
Mary Selan started her
career as the Business Manager of an orthopaedic physical
therapy clinic in the Dallas area. Ms. Selan joined Back
Systems, Inc. in 1984, and in 1989 she helped form Advanced
Ergonomics, Inc. She is currently head of the accounting
department and is also responsible for the daily office
operations.
Ms. Selan's spare time is
spent with church activities. She sings in the choir,
is active on several committees, and teaches a Sunday
School class. Mary currently holds brown belts in Karate
and Judo. She also enjoys going to the movies, reading
and outdoor activities.
